It's all about the location
We are 30 minutes drive from Inverness and ideally situated for all road, air and rail links.
For a map of our location please click here and use the navigation buttons on the left to zoom in and out. We are in the Kilmorack area just 1.5 miles off the A831 road from Beauly to Cannich.
The pretty highland village of Beauly is just 2.5 miles away and here you will find everything you will need without having to go further afield. There are banks, a chemist, a couple of supermarkets, a butcher, a bakery and a fantastic delicatassen. On the outskirts of the village is The House of Beauly which offers a coffee shop/restaurant and an excellent selection of crafts, fashion and gifts. Campbells of Beauly is a family run business establisehd in 1858 specialising in the design of tweeds for both country and sport wear.
By Air
Inverness Airport is the gateway to the Highlands and just over an hour and a half from London. It is rapidly expanding and has links with many UK airports.
British Airways flies from London Gatwick, Edinburgh, Orkney, Shetland and the Wester Isles.
British Midland flies from London Heathrow and the budget airline Easyjet flies from Bristol, London Gatwick and Luton.
Flybe offers low cost flights from Belfast and London Gatwick.
Ryanair operates a service between Inverness and the East Midlands and Eastern Airways flies to Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds Bradford and Southampton. AerArran flies from Dublin to Inverness. (Please note these airlines currently don't operate a Saturday service to Inverness.)
Car Hire
A car is recommended to help you make the most of your stay and if you are flying to Inverness Airport there are a number of firms offering car rental.
By Road
From Glasgow - A/M80 to Stirling then A9 to Inverness via Perth.
From Edinburgh - M90 to Perth then A9 to Inverness.
From Aberdeen - A96 to Inverness
From Fort William - A82 to Inverness
Beauly is a 30 minute drive from Inverness.
By Rail

By Ferry
