Willowburn Cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms  and is furnished and equipped to a high standard where comfort and attention to detail is evident.

This spacious self catering holiday  cottage is all on the ground floor and the accommodation  comprises:

• Large lounge with open fire,comfy leather sofas, widescreen TV, DVD, video and playstation 2.
• Well equipped kitchen with dish washer, fridge freezer, oven and microwave.
• Dining room open plan to the kitchen
• Master bedroom with superkingsized bed and  ensuite shower room
• Double bedroom with king sized bed
• Twin bedroom
• Large family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower
• Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier
• Bright conservatory opening out to sunny patio with garden furniture
• Telephone for incoming and outgoing local and national calls

The house has full central heating with radiators in all rooms which are thermostatically controlled.

Our main priority when furnishing the house was to create a holiday cottage where you could feel at home allowing you to relax, unwind and make the most of your holiday.

The beautifully landscaped gardens will be a real highlight of your stay at Willowburn. Fully enclosed and secluded with an abundance of ever changing colour, they are a haven of peace and tranquililty.

Spring, in particular the month of May is an especially nice to visit when the azaleas are in full bloom and the rich colours are simply stunning.

The outdoor patio area is completely private and in the words of one guest : "...dining alfresco with the sound of birds and the bubbling water feature in the background - perfect!"

There is loads of parking space directly outside the cottage with a car port and large driveway.

Children are welcome at Willowburn and having  three small children ourselves we understand the difficulties of finding holiday accommodation which is suitable for families. We have 2 cots, a high chair and a selection of toys, games, videos and DVDs  to keep our younger guests amused.

We also have some extras to make your holiday easier and safer  such as  socket protectors, steps for the bathroom,  children's crockery,  food blender, children's size hangers in the wardrobes, blackout blinds in the twin and master bedroom, bath toys, changing mat  and play gym for babies.

Having a young  baby ourselves has encouraged us to take  a fresh look at the facilities we offer for babies and toddlers  and for the 2008 season we  will be adding a baby bouncy chair, a baby front carrier, booster seat, splash mat, waterproof mattress protector and bed guards to the facilities we have available for families with young children.

Well behaved pets are  welcome and there are some  lovely walks from our doorstep.
